At The Nexonic, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or
  • You received the wrong product

We’ll quickly review the issue and work to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the same conditions: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
